  • To make sure we give as many children as possible, good health and a solid foundation in education to be able to meet the different changing challenges in our communities.
  • To passionately strive towards improvement of lives of our children through good health and education in disadvantaged communities in Ghana for a better tomorrow

Goals:
The goals of VOIC reflect our work ethics and dedication to improving the child care system. They guide us in our decision-making and how we steward the resources entrusted to us. These goals and objectives enable VOIC to become an organization that truly makes a difference.

  1. Assist and support the less privileged children in society get relief from serious medical conditions which otherwise their poor parents cannot afford.
  2. Assist and support the less privileged children and vulnerable in the very deprived communities to get a proper education.
  3. Assist the less privileged children to unearth, nurture and develop their talents.
  4. To give the less privileged children the required exposure to varying and diverse cultures and technologies to shape them for the challenges of our modern world.
  5. To provide help under health & nutrition services for children.
  6. To establish libraries and reading rooms in needy communities.
  7. To educate the children on the good norms of good citizenship and to inculcate into the children, the ideals of national unity.
  8. To publish newspaper, magazine, journals and to reproduce works of art, literature, science, crafts and other allied works/collections of works of arts for instruction and imparting useful knowledge.
  9. To organise fora, seminars, camps, etc for spreading good living habits, moral values, the Ghanaian culture, and methods of developing self confidence, etc and to create centres throughout the deprived areas in the country for the above activities.
  10. To provide scholarship/financial assistance to poor rural/village people for their overall development.
  11. To raise funds through collection, donation or subscription and other means and invest money or incur expenditure in such manner as shall promote the attainment of goals and objectives of VOIC.
  12. To undertake any other work or assignment which may be for the general welfare of the children.
